Delete your account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your AIAH account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email, preferences)
All chat history with the AI companion
Mood tracking entries and wellness data
Weekly plans and life-system settings
Companion evolution progress
Subscription data (your Stripe subscription will be cancelled)

How to delete your account

Option 1: From the app

Open AIAH and go to your Profile
Tap Settings (gear icon)
Scroll down to "Account"
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion

Option 2: By email

Send an email to privacy@aiah.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Important notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
Data deletion is completed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated.
Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
